Templatka 19 jest bardzo uniwersalnym szablonemÂ przygotowanym do kreowania różnych portali opartych o Joomla 1.5. Jej możliwości predystynują ją do implementacji zarówno sklepu online, portalu informacyjnego jak i strony osobistej czy firmowej.Â Przygotowywana była z myslą przede wszystkim o sklepach Virtuemart - niemniej jednak by w pełni wykorzystać jej możliwościÂ jako sklepu należy zaimplementować kilka zewnętrznych modułów Virtuemart.Â Skrypty Java zostały utworzone w oparciu o Mootols 1.11. Szablon ma bardzo wiele możliwości rozlokowania treści (44 ustawione pozycje modułów -Â które można dowolnie stosować), posiada również wiele wpisanych konstrukcji kolorystycznych (można za jego pomocą utworzyć szarówno strony 2-3 kolorowe jaki 3-6 kolorowe).
