This plugin allows inserting material into the head section of your Joomla web site. CSS links, Javascript URLs are properly placed. Other material can also be added. You can set IE7 for IE8 compatability if you wish. Also possible is the ability to replace the integral Mootools framework with a compressed version from Google this enables faster loading of your pages.(Frontend only, backend retains integral mootools) You will not need to make alterations to the template index.php page and also if you change template your modification will remain intact.
