The Joomla! project's 2012 goal setting and budget planning process has begun. 2011 was the first year that each of Joomla!'s leadership teams (Production Leadership Team, Community Leadership Team, and Open Source Matters board of directors) put in the work to first define their goals for the year before beginning to work on their parts of the project's overall budget.
