Templatka 15 - to szablon zaprojektowany na system biuletynu internetowego. Specjalnie na jego potrzeby zostały zaprojektowane 3 dodatkowe zewnętrzne moduły: MT_ILine, MT_SNews, MT_LTitle, które wraz z  innymi  modułami  prezentującymi wiadomości tworzą spójny i zintegrowany system. Szablon ten automatycznie dopasowuje się do szerokości  ekranu przeglądarki (do wyboru 3 szerokości: 80%, 85%, 90% - w prosty sposób można uzyskać inne), ma wbudowanych 45 pozycji modułów, o różnej stylistyce.  Wbudowana logika w PHP  pozwala na swobodną konstrukcję strony internetowej 1..4 kolumnowej. Moduły w pozycjach automatycznie dopasowują się do szerokości danej sekcji.  Szablon posiada 3 wersje kolorystyczne i wbudowane skrypty korzystające z frameworku Javy - Mootools.
